Cultivate Online
Cultivate Online is a one-year Team Leader Development Program offered to Cross Cultural Church Planters who have been overseas for at least 1-year. The curriculum is designed for someone who is already deep into language and cultural learning, has proved to be faithful in their work and desires to start a new team with the approval of their leadership.
The Cultivate Online program has three parts:

Cohorts
Debriefs
Kajabi
Kajabi is Cultivateā€™s online learning platform and has over 20 modules dispersed throughout the year. Each module is over a two week period. Everything is self paced, but each module is expected to be completed within the 2-week time frame. Content can be accessed through the website or mobile app. Modules contain many different ways of learning, from watching videos, to reading, to listening to podcasts or completing various activities. Cohorts
Cohorts are virtual meetings with Cultivate Leadership and others in the program. Meetings will be held at the end of each 2-week module. Cohorts are 2-hours long and include a recap of the curriculum, discussion of the material, activities to reinforce learning, Q&A and a time to teach it back.

Debriefs
Cultivate desires to partner with your supervisor or area leader. Cultivate participants will meet monthly with their leader to review what they have learned over the previous month and be given questions to be able to discuss together. We believe these debriefs will greatly enhance the participants' time in Cultivate. Your leader will be able to add more insight as to how what you have learned plays out in your context and add more wisdom and insight.

Cost
The cost of Cultivate Online is a one time fee of $500. This helps to support our online learning platform and assessments that we will provide you over the year.
