CultivateĀ Thailand
Cultivate Thailand is a two-year Team Leader Development Program offered to new Cross Cultural Church Planters who desire to lead a team among the unreached of Southeast Asia. The program is designed for the new Church Planter to go from arriving on the field to launching into leading a team after two years. Prerequisites for this program is to have led a team in some form or capacity, being sent out under the approval of your church leadership and working for a mission organization. Participants will live in Thailand during their training.

Kajabi
Kajabi is Cultivateās online learning platform and has over 40 modules dispersed throughout the two-years. Each module is over a two week period. Everything is self paced, but each module is expected to be completed within the 2-week time frame. Content can be accessed through the website or mobile app. Modules contain many different ways of learning, from watching videos, to reading, to listening to podcasts or completing various activities. There will be around 2-8 hours worth of work required for each module. For information about the Cultivate Curriculum please click here.Ā

Cohorts
Cohorts are meetings with Cultivate Leadership and others in the program. Meetings will be held at the end of each 2-week module. Cohorts are 2-hours long and include a recap of the curriculum, discussion of the material, activities to reinforce learning, Q&A and a time to teach it back.

Teams
While at Cultivate every participant will join a team focused on a specific people or target of society in our city. Teams will be the place to apply what you learn in Cultivate by carrying out the work of the ministry. This will be done by learning language, culture, sharing the Gospel, discipling believers, church planting and developing leaders. The predominant work of the new Cross Cultural Church Planter is to learn the language and culture and your team is where you will carry that out.

Cost
The cost of Cultivate Thailand is a one time fee of $2000. This helps to support the expenses incurred over the two-year training.
