The Local Church 

The local church is the means by which Cross Cultural Church Planters are sent. It is through the local church that future Cross Cultural Church Planters are discipled and commissioned to go to the nations. As part of the application process we ensure that the participants are approved by leadership of their sending church.

Supervisors

Cultivate Online - We partner with your local supervisor or area leader. The Cultivate program is designed to provide principals for each area, but it is your leader that will be able to provide how the principals play out in your localized context.

Cultivate Thailand - While at Cultivate Thailand your supervisor will be your Team Leader. After graduation you will transfer into the leadership structure of your organization.

Sending Agencies 

Cultivate Online - We are open to working with many different organizations. However, participants main focus should be church planting among the unreached and be able to agree to the core beliefs of Cultivate.

Cultivate Thailand - we are currently partnered with Pioneers and Reliant sending agencies, though we are not limited to them. Our goal is not to replace the sending agency, but to launch leaders that will lead healthy teams.

The Body of Christ

In order to reach the unreached, it takes the entire global church. When you give financially you are also partnering in the work (Phil 4:15, 3 John 8). We are thankful for the believers and church's support of our ministry of raising up the next generation of team leaders among the unreached.
